ZJ70/4500D rig adopts 4 sets of CAT3512 diesel generator sets as the main power. The 600V/50Hz AC is rectified to 0~750V DC by SCR cabinet to drive YZ08/YZ08A series DC motors for drawworks, rotary table and mud pump.
The drawworks is driven by 2 motors, 2 mud pumps are separately driven by 2 motors and the rotary table is driven by 1 motor, adopting one-to-two control electrical transmission system of AC-SCR-DC type. The front open-face mast and swing up substructure are raised by drawworks power, with hydraulic disc brake as the main brake and magnetic eddy current brake as the auxiliary brake.
Features
1. Substructure adopts swing up and slingshot type. Substructure, mast and all equipments on the floor are installed at low position and raised as a whole by drawworks power, which is convenient for dismounting and has advantages of quick-carrying, entire movement and installation.
2. Drill arrangement meets the requirements of explosion-proof, safety, drilling engineering and equipment installation, disassembly and convenient maintenance.
3. The drawworks, rotary table and mud pump can realize independent stepless speed regulation, providing safeguard for optimizing drilling technology.
