The
wireline unit is a heavy-duty well testing and intervention truck — built for downhole operations on wells up to 7,000 meters deep. It's the workhorse of well testing, production logging, and downhole intervention operations.
Choose from two winch configurations to match your job requirements: a single-drum unit for standard testing and logging work, or a double-drum unit that allows simultaneous testing and well adjustment operations — cutting down on rig time and improving efficiency on multi-step well testing programs.
Built on a heavy-duty truck chassis, this unit provides the pulling power and precise cable control needed for deep well wireline operations. The robust winch design ensures smooth, controlled deployment and retrieval of downhole tools, logging instruments, and perforating guns.
Features
1. With the adoption of closed hydraulic system, it has wide speed range, low heating value and reliable performance. The system is equipped with safety valve, which can be adjusted freely. It works steadily and reliably.
2.The chassis adopts EQ6672CT (4×4) Dong Feng bus chassis, side door and double rear doors. Double cabin layout is adopted.
3. The drum is composed of cable and wireline drum, two independent drums, gearbox neutral organization, which can realize the free downfall under self-weight of the instrument.
4. Drawworks system of wireline truck adopts stepless speed regulation. It has the features of simple operation, low noise and reliable performance. The hand brake uses no dead-end wrap-type double brake belt mechanism, and the hand operated mechanism is installed on the operating table. The automatic wireline spooling device can reduce operator workload.
5. The measurement system of the wireline truck mainly consists of the depth encoder installed on the rope spooling device and the measurement panel installed on the operating console. It can measure, display and set the well depth and cable pulling force to the drum. It includes functions for mechanical depth measurement, electronic depth tracking, electronic tension monitoring, tension difference display and safety alarm, etc;
