ZJ40/2250D drilling rig is DC drive module with full digital DC control system. Drawworks, rotary table and mud pump are driven separately: drawworks and mud pump adopt one-to-two control, rotary table adopts one-to-one control.
The three generator sets interconnect through three SCR control cabinets to control 7 sets of DC motors: 2 sets of motors are compounded to drive drawworks, 1 set drives rotary table individually, and the other 4 sets of motors (each two compounded) drive 2 sets of 1300HP mud pumps.
Features
1. The substructure adopts modular structure with pin connection between blocks, realizing quick movement.
2. Mast is front open-face K type, five sections of mast is whole tower structure which can be installed with crown and moved as a whole. Supporting leg is base seat under substructure with good stability, using drawworks power to raise or lower as a whole.
3. Drawworks is driven by DC motor with high power utilization rate. The total number of drawworks shifts can be up to 4+4R, realizing stepless speed regulation.
