ZJ40/2250LDB rig adopts 3 diesel engines coupling units compounded by compounding transmission case to drive drawworks and mud pumps, with standby interfaces for auto-air compressor and energy-saving generator.
The main brake of drawworks adopts hydraulic disc brake, and the auxiliary brake is electromagnetic brake. The rotary table is independently driven: AC variable frequency speed regulating motor drives the rotary table through one two-shift transmission box and cardan shaft.
Features
1. Substructure adopts the modular mode, and blocks connect with each other by pins, which can realize quick movement.
2. Mast is front open-face "K" type mast. The five sections of mast is tower-type integral structure, which can be installed with the crown block and moved together. The supporting leg is located at base of substructure with good stability, and it is raised and laid down by drawworks as a whole.
3. The rig is equipped with frequency conversion (VFD) and MCC system. VFD is used to control AC frequency conversion motor and the automatic bit feeding motors of rotary table; MCC is used to control other devices.
