ZJ40/2250J rig adopts block substructure with K type mast, and 3 sets of PZ12V190B diesel engines to drive all devices. Main drawworks and compounding transmission set are placed on 1m high rear substructure, and the rotary table is placed on 6m high drill floor.
Belt compounding transmission device drives drawworks by chain and drives the rotary table through dynamic bevel gear box and cardan shaft, and drives mud pump by belt. The rig is the best alternative product of Daqing 130 rig.
Features
1. Substructure adopts the modular mode, and blocks connect with each other by pins, which can realize quick movement.
2. Mast is front open-face "K" type mast. The five sections of mast is tower-type integral structure, which can be installed with the crown block and transported together. The supporting leg is located at base of substructure with good stability, and it is raised and laid down by drawworks power as a whole.
3. Power is transferred through the bevel angle gearbox and the cardan shaft. The drawworks is divided, the main part of which is placed under drill floor; it adopts sealing structure with force-feed chain lubrication, pneumatic tyre gear change and drum grooving.
