ZYT5070TSJ4 Double drum wireline truck is suitable for testing operations with f3.5 mm cable and f2.4 mm wireline. It can be used for ordinary well test operation as well as for logging with small cables.

Features

1. With the adoption of closed hydraulic system, it has wide speed range, low heating value and reliable performance. The system is equipped with safety valve, which can be adjusted freely. It works steadily and reliably.
2.The chassis adopts EQ6672CT (4 x4) Dong Feng bus chassis, side door and double rear doors. Double cabin layout is adopted.
3. The drum is composed of cable and wireline drum, two independent drums, gearbox neutral organization, which can realize the free downfall under self-weight of the instrument.
4. Drawworks system of wireline truck adopts step less speed regulating. It has the characters of simple operation, low noise and reliable performance. The hand brake uses no dead end outsourcing type double brake belt brake mechanism and the hand operated mechanism is installed on the operating table. The automatic wireline device can reduce work strength.
5. The measurement system of wireline truck is mainly composed of the measuring head which installed on the rope-arranging device and measuring panel which installed on the operating board. It can measure, display and set the well depth of wireline and pull force from wireline to drum. It has the functions of measuring mechanical depth, electronic depth, electronic tension, tension difference and safety alarm, etc;

ZYT5050TSJ4 wireline truck is suitable for logging wireline test operations with diameter of 2.4 mm , 2.6 mm, 3.0 mm. Being matched with different downhole instrument ,it can do the downhole operation such as pressure test, temperature test, inclination logging, bottom sampling and detection of sand surface, wax removal and small fishing.
