250HP workover well service rig is a kind of truck-mounted type workover equipment.
The 250HP
workover rigs adopt home-made 6×6 special chassis and
high speed diesel engine. With the adoption of hydraulic mechanical transmission
mode, it has big starting torque and high transmission efficiency.
The well service rig mainly consists of
single drum drawworks, two-section telescopic mast, integrated box type crown,
3×4 traveling structure, hydraulic and pneumatic system etc.
It is mainly used for middle and small
workover job in oil and water well within 3200~3600m and the suitable tubing is 73mm (2.7/8″).
Features
1. The chassis of well service rig adopts
6×6 special truck chassis. It has the feature of comfortable to operate and
sit, and it works well on rugged road.
2. The service rigs adopt high speed diesel
engine with hydraulic transmission box, the transmission is steady and flexible
and its operation is simple and easy.
3. The 21m two-section mast or 23.5m two-section mast is optional, and simple
drilling platform is optional.
4. Drawworks system of well service rig can
adopt single drum or double drum type. The main drum is integral LEUBS groove
with arranged rope. It is equipped with Pneumatic crash-proof device.
